   Service was all over the place it was hard getting their attention. The restaurant seemed short-staffed. The food was incredible!!!

   Reservations mean nothing here. You still have to wait as long as walk-ins for your table.

   The people and staff here are extremely rude, and the handrolls are sadly mediocre. The staff can barely manage reservations. My wife was parking outside, literally you could see her from the front door, and they told me that my reservation was forfeit. We were promised a table and then the other wait staff gave it to another person. I have never seen such a hot mess. Don’t expect to have a date here without an issue. We tried twice and both times it was a hot mess. When we finally got to eat, the handrolls were supermarket quality sushi at best. I have gotten better sushi at Costco. The drinks are nothing like the photos and watered down. This place is overrated and not worth the time.

   Poor service stood out. No dining tables - only the sushi bar which makes it difficult to have a conversation with 4. Sushi was fresh, ambience trendy. Probably fine for a quick bite or drinks but not for a sit-down meal for adults. Service issues ruined a birthday meal

   Everything was so great. The service and the food was perfect for a small group as everyone is sitting directly next to each other. I recommend the “I am Starving” handrolls so you can get a variety of different flavors.

   It was awkward to go with two others as there is only bar seating. Food is good but overpriced. We quickly racked up $122 before tip (we didn’t order any drinks) and left hungry. We had our second dinner about an hour later. Our dinner here was more like appetizers. Each of us had three hand rolls. The fish is fresh but the hand rolls seem small. We could have easily ordered more but I was turned off on the idea of knowing that we would prob walk out with at least $250 bill (before tip) and not feeling fully satisfied. We were in and out in 35 min. Since the place was half empty the waitress seemed anxious and often check on us to see if we wanted to order more. That’s better than the alternative of feeling like you can’t get the waitstaff’s attention…so maybe that’s a good thing!

    Wish I could have rated this place higher it looked really good and I was excited by everything I saw! Unfortunately they were heavily understaffed with one person serving and preparing the food for 12 people all at once. I honestly felt bad for her and me and my friend ended up leaving after not putting in an order after 20 minutes of waiting and another group a head of us not have ordered either. I might consider giving this place another try but with reservation I expected faster service.
