   Very good restaurant where you are always well treated, and the food is 99% of the time amazing. As I am French, I wanted to taste the truffles and took the cacio e pepe with black truffle on it, 40$ for the truffle which add absolutely 0 taste on the plates, if it where plastic it would have been the same. I put 4 stars because I love this place and I was never disappointed before, after saying to the waiter that it was absolutely without taste, they did not even propose to give me a discount. I will continue to go there tho, I am happy overall with their service

   I worked in fine dining kitchens and front house for many years, everything happened tonight was avoidable, even with only one cook on the line. Lasagna tasted salty and hard like it was baked and left 3 days ago. Cucumber and Avocado salad, and Octopus were great, Focaccia too hard, Cacio e pepe is nice but not great, seafood pasta's pasta was undercooked. The waitress never came back to the table after we told her we were not ready to order another bottle of wine. Table was empty for 40+ minutes after sitting with our appetizers for 40 minutes. 20 customers arrived, ordered, and served; then we asked, and were told "...another 5-10 minutes and your mains would be ready." We waited for another 20+ minutes, even saw people who came after we ordered all our food, had paid and left. I finally said "....cancel or pack whatever is made because I have to leave. " The explanation - "waitress punched in your order after she punched other customers' order, so the kitchen is going by that order, that's why other tables got their dishes before you." At least another 10 minutes later, the mains were served.

   Since it changed management the menu has changed and prices have been increased. Although the place wasn't anywhere near being full, we found the service to be slow.

   I am sad to leave this review. This is not the same place as I used to know and love. Whether it was Tavola or La Table. My husband and I have fond memories of the quality of service and hospitality standards of this restaurant, no matter the concept. I can’t even begin to describe the details of the disappointment of my experience tonight, and I won’t leave a long winded point by point on this platform. As a hospitality professional myself who was inspired by the standards of this restaurant, save yourself. It’s not the same. My husband and I go out to eat once every few months, and we made the wrong choice coming here tonight. When we do go out, we will spend money. Unfortunately the table next to us ordered a nicer wine, and we received subpar service compared to the table next to us. (Our wine was $165 a bottle to put in perspective). Don’t bother.

   The restaurant is beautiful with a great ambiance. But, it is understaffed and they have acslow kitchen. Delicious food!

   The entire experience from the ambiance to the staff and ending with the food was an enjoyable and memorable experience. When we ask for help select wine with our dinner, the sommelier spent time describing the various wines and never seemed in a rush. She came back later to see how were doing and answered any follow up questions. All the staff that served us were very attentive. The food prepared to a very high standard of cooking. Both the visual presentation and the taste ensured we would return. We had a preset 5 course meal. The duck a l'orange stood out because the taste was surprising. The way it was cooked along with the seasoning and the l'orange sauce highlighted the duck flavor of the meat without the heavy gaminess. We highly recommend this restaurant!

   Great appetizers and desserts. Main courses were not as the first time we visited the restaurant. Wine selection and service were outstanding 👍

   We have been customers for a long time. Last was very disappointing. Food took for ever to arrive and no explanation was given. The place was empty, so we don't know why the kitchen took so long. No one ever could explain. To make matters worse, half the chicken we ordered was raw. The only explanation given was that it is pasteurized and will not makes us ill. Bad management in our opinion. No credit was offered. Also, the best dessert in the menu , chocolate tartuffo has been removed from the list. Probably will not come back, nor refer friends any more. May be new management, as we did not see anyone we have gotten to know since it opened.

    Grossly understaffed and poorly trained server . The bartender ended up being our server and that's where things took a turn for the worst. She was pushy trying to sell us things we didn't want . We ordered apps and everything came out fine . We then ordered dinner and had her repeat the order to make sure nothing was forgotten. She forgot a main dish and two sides . The manager did come to fix the mistakes and finally brought them after dinner was finished. Poorly trained manager and staff . We will not be back and definitely will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This restaurant will not make it if this continues. We are in the restaurant business and last night was completely avoidable. Sad.
