   Waitress was pleasant but: Forgot to bring the salad even after I reminded her Wrong charge for the meal- waitress said she would fix it but without an apology- just a matter of fact like it happens all the time

   This was the second night since this restaurant had reopened after a Robert Irvine / Restaurant: Impossible Food Network renovation. The staff was plainly not ready. After several customers in front of us left, we finally got to the hostess desk. The hostess told us that she was overwhelmed, and when another employee came up to inform her that no one else could be seated for the next 10 minutes, she began to cry. The other employee gave her a hug and then the hostess walked away and didn’t come back. The piano player/singer was very loud, singing Hava Nagila (in a Greek restaurant). We waited for several minutes until another employee came to the hostess desk. We tried to tell her that we were leaving since they were having so many problems, but she was unable to take our name off the waiting list. I wish the owners luck with getting this restaurant ready. The physical renovations inside looked nice. The location is good with plenty of parking, but it just seems that they weren’t ready to reopen. Hopefully in a few days they will have worked out a better plan.

   This was their first night after the big renovation. The front desk was disorganized and the service was slow. Food is always good. Tried one of the Chef Robert's menu selections and was not impressed however (warm grape leaves with crabmeat). Think they will get it together. I hope sop. It is one my neighborhood places

   Although we had a reservation the restaurant was closed when we arrived. We had to find another restaurant.

   Terrible experience. They gave away our table to someone without a reservation even though we arrived on time. We ended up sitting on a high top in the bar area rather than waiting another 30 minutes for the next table. Once we ordered , it took almost 2 hours to be served. People who were seated after us were served before us. The waiter was apologetic , but the kitchen was out o& control.

   We had to wait to be seated even though we had a reservation. Never got any food, even after waiting over 2 hours. Left hungry.

   Over an hour after we put in our dinner order the food had not arrived. Our salad plates were never removed. I had to ask for water twice. We were ignored, no one checked if we needed anything...

   Waited an hour for food despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty. Server forgot drink order then forgot to bring salads. Then waited 45 minutes for main courses. Then witnessed a fistfight outside the restaurant that ended with the police being called. Go to Taso’s in Atlantic instead. So disappointed.

    A perfect night for outdoor dining. Our server was new, but did an excellent job. The food was good, good enough to go back and try a few other things on the menu. We were dissapointed that the Belly Dances were not performing on the night we went. But, like I said, we'll be back.
