Truly the best restaurant near Vatican, in the historical Borgo area. Taverna Angelica restaurant has been creating traditional recipes with a modern mediterranean style and taste. For the past 20+ years, the restaurant continues to add new cooking techniques to realize unique dishes. Using some of the best seafood and select meats coming from the top farms around the world. A wonderful selection of notable wines beautifully showcased in the dining area. A cosy and comfortable setting, relaxing music, and servers that speak Italian, English, French and Spanish.

    This gem is amazing! The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. We will recommend them to all of our friends. It is worth looking for it as it is on a small street near the Vatican.

    Atmosfera rilassante e servizio molto accogliente. Ottima qualità della materia prima, presentazioni originali e combinazioni creative e ricercate. Consigliato il menù degustazione "Mi fido di Luca"

    The best Italian food I have ever had! The flavors of Roma shine through in every dish, creating a perfect blend of traditional Italian cuisine. From the homemade pasta to the perfectly cooked meats, every bite was a delight for the taste buds. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. This restaurant truly goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable dining experience. I can't wait to come back and savor more of their delicious creations. Grazie mille for a truly exceptional meal!

    We really enjoyed the dining experience. The food was very tasty and unique. The service was exceptional. This is more of a fine dining experience, so be prepared for small but flavorful proportions.

    High end approach but food was not good. Very few diners and added and charged for items not ordered. Don’t recommend.

    Fabuleux Je recommande menu en six services François nous a très bien conseillé. Surtout sur les vins de son pays l’Italie. Un vrai régal merci
