   The experience was superb…start to finish! The food was delicious and inventive but made with a lot of love and care. The chef and all the staff were extremely attentive and gracious. This is one of the best places we have been in Raleigh.

   Food was amazing but we had a young server that was absent at best. The chef did come out and talk to us about a lot of the meals we had ordered and what his inspiration was. Close to 500 with 3 people is a bit much in my book but seems to be how things are going.

   The food was excellent and every plate very tasteful. The signature dessert is a must try for sure. Great service by the team and very nice decor

   The food was outstanding. We had a feeling it would be special when we noticed several Indian guests arriving – always a good sign. The dishes were refreshingly different from the standard Indian restaurant fare we’ve tried in Japan and across Europe. Beautifully presented plates gave a hint of the flavors to come, and the taste fully lived up to it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only small suggestion: it would have been nice if both starters had been served at the same time. That said, the overall quality and warmth of the service more than made up for it.

   It was AWESOME!!!! We unexpectedly had the private room and our service was top notch. The food was delicious (snapper!) and large enough portions for leftovers. I will be back ASAP

    Food was definitely good but you can get better, more flavorful food at more traditional Indian restaurants for 1/3 the price. You come here for the elevated experience and plate presentation. For appetizer we had the “Dahi ke kebob” which was good but very sweet, probably too much raisin used. The sauce was more spicy which helped balance a little. For mains we had the snapper and lamb shank which were both very good but a little bland but I guess that’s modern take on Indian food. My only real issue was that we Felt very rushed as there is a time limit to dining. The hostess constantly kept coming up to servers/helpers to serve us so they could get us out and the table ready for the next guests. It was nice the food came out quick but it was a little too quick. Almost no time to sit and enjoy our drinks and talk after the appetizers before dinner came out. For an expensive restaurant you shouldn’t feel so rushed. Just felt very much like eat and get out as quick as possible.
