Embark on a culinary journey through Southeast Asia at Tamarine. Nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, this upscale restaurant offers a refined take on Vietnamese cuisine, served in a peaceful white-table setting. Helmed by Chef Tammy Huynh, Tamarine's menu features an exquisite selection of entrees, soups, salads and signature dishes cooked with the freshest Asian ingredients.

Get your taste buds racing with some shrimp spring rolls before diving into a delicious entrée of crisp-fried whole Mediterranean striped bass served with a sambal shellfish sauce. Complement it with a specialty cocktail, made using traditional ingredients. Visit the bar between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. and enjoy great Happy Hour discounts. In addition to its elegant dining room, Tamarine also offers semi-private and private dining areas for guests who prefer a little more intimacy or wish to host a company dinner.     Had another wonderful dinner at Tamarine. I can strongly recommend lamb skewers, clay pot cod and the prawns. I don't normally have desert, but the chocolate lava cake was delicious.

    Delicious meal, staff was attentive & friendly. I loved the communal table for solo diners to meet others. I sat at the bar and saw the great work of the bartenders.

    Excellent service and nice menu. Some of the sauces tasted the same but overall, I was very happy with the meal.

    Superb selection of foods including great options for vegetarian and vegan. Delectable flavors, wonderful service, warm cosy atmosphere and great for meetings with minimal noise interference. Certainly the place to be seen and definitely a place to taste the delights of asian / Vietnamese cuisine. The deserts were off the charts wonderful.

    We’ve been dining at Tamarine since its beginning, and it never fails to delight. The food is consistently delicious, the ambiance is upbeat and lively, and the service top notch. Our favorites are the bahn mi roti, shaking beef, wild pepper duck, and the tuna tartare. But we’ve experimented with many other dishes, cocktails, and desserts and have never been disappointed. Long live Tamarine!
