   One Star – Extremely Disappointed I made a reservation in advance, expecting a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't even open at the time of our reservation. We arrived on time, only to find the doors locked and no staff in sight. There was no communication, no signage, and no explanation for the delay. We waited for over 20 minutes before giving up and leaving. This kind of lack of professionalism and disregard for customers’ time is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values reliability and basic customer service

   Very inviting and friendly staff. Drinks and food were amazing. Ambience outstanding we definitely will be back.

   This is the second time that we have gone to this restaurant at the time it was supposed to open for the day. This time we had a reservation for 11 am. Arrived 11:12. The restaurant was not open. My visits were at least 6 months apart. If you go to this restaurant, don’t go when it first opens for the day. You will have to find somewhere else to eat.

   An absolute Gem in Simpsonville SC. We will put this wonderful restaurant on our regular rotation. Food was very tasty and the drinks were very good. We felt like we were in the Caribbean!! A wonderful family run this establishment

   The food was very bland. I ordered the salmon, mashed potatoes and vegetables no seasoning whatsoever the fish was fishy. There was not very many people in there and the waitresses just kind of were disappearing.

   Food was excellent! Ambiance was great! Service was ok / glad we came to eat early. Drink prices were higher than I expected but they were excellent also.

   We came here to celebrate my mother 75th birthday and had a fabulous time! The service was exceptionally good. Very nice owner who came by to greet us and offered and provided a complementary dessert for the celebration! we couldn’t have had a better experience. Please support this great restaurant!

   The aesthetics are great! We enjoyed the vibe. Our waitress did good considering having two large groups there at once. They ran out of tequila and dough but gave someone from my party a drink that tasted like juice and salt. She did take it back to the bar & he made another which was good but she confirmed the bottle of tequila was very low. Everyone enjoyed their food for the most part. The salmon seemed to be a favorite! The chicken was salty though. I would try this place again to give it another chance. We may have just picked a bad day.

    Mal servicio de la mesera, tiraba los platos en la mesa. La música a muy alto volumen. Los baños dañados (se desbordaba el agua sucia por el piso) Esperamos por 1 hora y nunca llegaron los platos fuertes. Las bebidas y los appetizer llegaron 30 minutos después de solicitarlos. Definitivamente una experiencia que no quiero ni deseo volver a vivir.
