   I have been to the rooftop beer garden multiple times for happy hour and drinks at night and I am a big fan but I was not as impressed by the brunch The service and atmosphere were fine but the food was lackluster. I ordered the egg white omelet that came with a bowl of fruit. The omelet was comically small and the small fruit bowl was barely filled halfway. I mean come on.. how much does it cost the restaurant to use one or two more eggs for the omelet so that it doesn't look like a kids meal? I also ordered the omelet with sausage added and they gave me the sausage on the side.. probably because the omelet was too small for sausage to fit inside. That being said, my parents got the brisket hash which they enjoyed. I had part of the breakfast sandwich which was okay. I will certainly be back to the rooftop and may give the food another try but with so many restaurants in the city, I will likely look elsewhere for a meal.

   My husband and I frequently came here for dinner - a quick burger and a beer. This place has gone downhill. Came for brunch with a large group of friends. The food was poor (cold, did not come out together, not fresh, or of key ingredients without notice) and the food for our group did not come out together. It’s a shame, but won’t be back.

   Wow, we can't speak highly enough of Takoda brunch!! We booked a large group reservation for a birthday party. When our group was a bit larger than expected, the staff gladly brought over another table to add to the end of ours to accommodate the group. The owner came over and wished our friend a happy birthday, and the staff was friendly, energetic, and lots of fun. The food was AWESOME, the bottomless drinks were always full, the playlist was perfect and we felt very welcome. We will most definitely be back!

   I was really looking forward to having the red velvet pancakes, but taste-wise they were no good. They also were very overpriced for 2 small thinly-fluffed pancakes.

   We had a large party and the exact number of guests changed fairly last minute which was very graciously accommodated by Phil the manager when I spoke to him via phone a day or two in advance. I had never been to this restaurant before and was pleased with the menu, the atmosphere, and the fact that we were able to make small changes to our reservation without issue. Our server was particularly rude though. We were her only table and surprisingly the restaurant was pretty quiet considering we were in prime brunch time. There was no reason for her to be short with us or leave our empty glasses unattended. Otherwise or experience was great and I would come back again.

   Overall just a fine experience. Service was good, food was good, drinks were good, just felt like it all could have been a little better. Mac and cheese was awesome, but only having the choices of burger v salmon v salad as entree options was meh. Way to expensive for a salad, I’ll go back but definitely for Happy Hour/apps over dinner.

   The food is average pub food. Could be way better. Roof top is nice so maybe skip the meal and just drink

   Reading the reviews about how terrible the service is, I assumed the restaurant must have fixed that problem. They have not. There was one server for 6 tables and he disappeared for 10 minutes at a time. However, there were several managers and bar tenders who thrived at standing around doing nothing. Also, I bought a round of drinks for $88 and they came in plastic cups. I'll never go back.
