   The service was slow and it was not busy at all. My food took a while to come and it was cold when I received it. The decor is nice.

   My boyfriend and I booked Chicago for the weekend for my 25th birthday. I chose SX Skybar for my birthday brunch. We got there before our 12pm reservation on March 8th, 2020, and was randomly got seated by this person who was not even the hostess. She told us to “seat wherever we wanted.” We wanted to change our table to this other empty table which then we asked our server Kristen if it’s possible and she said no because its already booked for someone else. Its funny because these people were also on another table and just moved on that empty table that my boyfriend and I wanted to sit at. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyways, food was good. I wish the table could have been cleaned first before we sat down. It eventually got cold inside the restaurant. Service was AWFUL. Our server, KRISTEN did not even bother to ask us how we were enjoying the food. We were going to ask for another mimosa since we ordered the bottomless option for brunch, but she gave us the bill already which is a I guess a cue for us to go? Anyways, I wish we didn’t tip her. Would not recommend this place at all.

   Food was cold, the entire restaurant was pretty cold. The service was really bad when they just opened, we came at 11:15am and they opened at 11Am. We had to look for someone to seat us. Tips for management: I’d recommend coming in two hours before opening to get the restaurant together. Second time coming here with a bad experience with service. Although the place is nice, I probably won’t go back

   Aubree the manger was amazing as well as the hostess. It was my first time I must say I loved it. Service was great

   This was one of the best birthday brunches I have ever had! The staff was so attentive and everything was perfect the entire meal. We are so grateful that we had Rosie - she was just wonderful! Will definitely be back to check out their other menus.

   Great drinks. Horrible food service. Spoke with manager - he could care less. Wouldn’t return.

    A couple months ago I came here when Alina was the manager, and I rated this place 5 stars. I came back and service was HORRIBLE!!!!! I came from brunch, arrived at 12:00, and ordered bottomless mimomas and food off the brunch menu. We did not get our food until past 1:30pm. The manager blamed the kitchen and a brand new brunch menu. The kitchen staff told us the order was never placed. I got my food and my eggs were cooked wrong. We got our food in pieces, and my friend's food came out completely separate from mine. Just a total disaster. I loved this place and gave it rave reviews to friends and family, but after this, I just don't know if I'll return. Even though the manager took off the cost of our food, it still wasn't worth the $50 we paid in mimomas for such crap service!
