   Selected this restaurant for proximity to Music Hall and based on solid reviews. We were a group of 5 and each of us was happy with our meals. The service was impeccable and made the experience overall quite pleasant. If returning to a show at the Music Hall, I would look no where else.

   Was late for our reservation but they didn't mind and we made it to the show on time and the food was delicious.

   While it is really the food that always brings me in here, it is really the service that makes this restaurant strand out. Technically a neighborhood place, Sweet Grass is a great example of what locally sourced farm-to-table is about. The waitress we has Monday did every right: Drinks were delivered with a smile, extra bread was brought without asking (my friend and I both had mussels and didn't want to miss a drop) and while we lingered over coffee the check never appeared. It only came when it was clear that we were ready. Bravo to this wonderful, comfortable place.

   Good food, service fine and a lively, casual atmosphere. Some of the dishes sounded a bit tortured with so many ingredients, but our choices were very tasty and well presented.

   The restaurant was a wonderful pre-show experience with delicious food including a wonderful specials menu and terrific service.

   The menu has a nice variety of menu items. It all fresh, seasonal and well prepared. It's casual and great for lunch, brunch or dinner.

   I really like the menu and the quality of the food is great (fresh veggies), although a little bland at times. The avocado bruschetta was great in that they packed on the avocado but it lacked flavor. I like that the take out boxes are cardboard and not styrofoam. The tempeh buffalo wings were very good! The waiter did his job but nothing more. He wasn't very friendly (not mean, just short and to the point, no smiling, etc which didn't seem to fit the atmosphere of the place) and was a little slow to check on the table. The decor is really nice and the candles on the tables are a nice touch. Overall, it was a good experience.

   We stumbled on Sweet Grass Grill a few months ago and really enjoyed our meal. We went back for a casual birthday celebration just recently had another great experience. The menu is diverse and includes plenty of (plainly-marked) vegan options - which is always a bonus for us. The setting of Main Street in Tarrytown is lovely and I wish we lived closer to this place so we could go there more often. It can be a bit noisy during the rush so if you're looking for quiet, this may not be the place for you - otherwise, I highly recommend it.

    We had dinner at the Sweet Grass on Saturday, Nov. 22nd. for a family birthday celebration. The food was very good, as was the service. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. The Bread Pudding was outstanding!!
