Suteishi is a fine dining sushi restaurant in the South Street Seaport area of NYC. It's a small, intimate restaurant with beautiful black leather chairs, white tables and red ambient lights around the dining room. Beautifully arranged sushi and salads can be seen on every plate as the freshly caught, delicious fish and crisp vegetables are artfully crafted by the Suteishi chefs. On the menu at Suteishi, you'll see a large selection of fresh fish sushi and sashimi dishes. Enjoy delicacies such as eel, tuna, salmon, red snapper, yellowtail, scallops, king crab, tobiko and more. You can also order sushi or sashimi rolls with white or brown rice, salads with or without fish, appetizers like soups and tapas dishes, such as the chicken skewers or steak yaki udon. There are different tastes to fit each person who visits.

SUteiShi remains one of my favorite sushi restaurants in all of NYC. It's got a great vibe, and amazing sushi. The Banana roll is my favorite, and while I've tried this roll at other restaurants, SUteiShi's definitely wins hands down. The waitress did recommend a "special roll" to us this time and really sold it... and when the bill came it was a $20 roll. No wonder she sold it to us. It was good, just wish we were given a heads up that its $7+ more than the rest of the rolls!

I really like suteishi, they're so nice and friendly and very attentive. The food quality is great and many menu options to choose from so all around great fidi/Fulton sushi restaurant

Everything we ordered from the eggplant appetizer, 6 to 7 different types of sushi pieces were delicious. The rolls were yummy too. We were not disappointed at all. Service was outstanding too. My tea cup was never empty. I found this place from TripAdvisor. We were visiting from San Diego. I made reservations thru Open Table. They welcomed us by having my name on the table. What a nice touch. Thank you for making our dining experience memorable.

Overall I thought is was average. I loved to tuna with the jalapeños ap, but the dinner sushi was so so. Service was average. Lots of servers, but seem uncoordinated.

Beautiful restaurant right by Brooklyn Bridge. Wasn't very crowded, but good was great and service was very attentive. Very enjoyable.
