    Loved this restaurant pre-covid. Took just short of an hour after ordering to receive food. Quality and creativity were apparently crushed by the pandemic. Sad to say that we would have been better off grabbing a few rolls from King Soopers.

    Best Sushi In Boulder County I love the place, food & Yoshi. Just wish they served loose leaf sencha. Never fails for a special occasion

    Food was great as usual though the kitchen was a little slower than usual, probably due to downstaffing during this pandemic. Somewhat busy for a hot smoky Tuesday night during Covid! Nice outdoor seating option.

    Took 70 minutes to receive food during lunch hour with little to no awareness or acknowledgement from the wait staff. This was my first time trying Sushi Yoshi and probably my last. I was hoping to find a decent sushi restaurant for lunch in/around Louisville, but I guess that's too much to ask.

    We are very picky about our sushi and we love Sushi Yoshi. The fish is always very fresh and well cut. It's also very traditional. I agree with past reviewers that the ramen was not my favorite, but the sushi is on point.
