Sushi | Bar is an intimate Omakase that serves up a whimsy of its namesake fare in 17 courses. Behind our door lies an intimate counter housing 10 prized seats where you will sit right up to the chef’s cutting boards. Relax and enjoy as the chefs prepare a playful reverie on modern nigiri in a free form interpretive take on the traditional sushi counter experience where you can enjoy unexpected riffs on beloved standards. $159 per person is the menu price. You may add supplements, bites or beverage during your experience if you wish. This is a set menu and most dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated. Tax and Service Charge are not included.

If you are so lucky to get Bryan and his team you won’t be disappointed. Quality of food was incredible and the chefs make sure to make the evening unforgettable. A true pleasure dining here and I cannot wait to return with our friends. 5/5

The food was incredible. The whole experience was nothing short of spectacular. We received great service and had a wonderful time. With that though, it was a very expensive date night. My husband and I did the sake and wine pairings, respectively, as add ons. We also opted for some exquisite toppings on some of the courses, which also incurred extra costs. Go, but expect to pay.
