Supply and Demand in Ottawa, Ontario is the place to go when you have an appetite. You can find quite a few great items on the menu, which changes regularly based on what is available. Some of the common types of items on the raw and marinated portion of the menu include oysters on the half shell, albacore tuna crudo and the carpaccio. Supply and Demand has some great small plates, too. The hot smoked trout, grilled asparagus, kale salad, squid ink rigatoni, roasted mackerel and the pork belly and scallops are good choices, too. Supply and Demand is always fun to visit because of the changing items on the menu.
