While we love the Queen Mary, it absolutely wasn’t worth the cost. We were allowed to make reservations for 2:45pm but when we got seated the live band ended at 3:00pm. If you plan to seat people that late and you know they are allowed to stay for 1 1/2 hours, the music should play until the actual end of service. Also, the food options were great but everything was cold. Lastly, online said it was $50-$128 but the bill we got for two people was $318 without tip. I wasn’t expecting to pay that price for that ambiance and cold food!!

The ambiance with all the mid century decor and the jazz band playing made it unforgettable. The food was really good, not amazing, but the service was outstanding, especially considering it was so busy. It's pricey but worth it for a special occasion.

It was overpriced for what you get. $130/person seems high vs what it cost last year.

Visited for brunch—while the ambiance and music were excellent, the overall experience didn’t justify for the $125 price. The food selection was broad. Disappointed that several food items, including the bread pudding, were cold. Dessert options were limited, which added to the disappointment. Although we did mention it to the staff, and responded when we mentioned it. The service still felt underwhelming. Our seating area seemed to be under looked since they placed our family in the back, where the ongoing food server traffic was passing by and the dirty dishes were placed. Great vibe, but the value just was definitely not there.

A perfect brunch for a special occasion or holiday! Everything was superb, the ambiance, food, service, and music. They had an Italian food area with pasta made fresh in a huge bowl made of cheese. They had a Mexican area including freshly made tacos, American breakfast/lunch items, Asian food area, Waffle/Pancakes area, fresh Seafood area, and lots of desserts including a donut sundae including a banana fosters sauce made in front of you. Champagne/Mimosas aren’t included, but for $20 you can add on unlimited mimosas. The service was so good I often didn’t notice the servers refilled my champagne, until I saw my full glass. My glass was never even half empty. They had a string band and singer who played Frank Sinatra style lounge hits. They did a great job.
