   Starting with the **ube waffles topped with Japanese fried chicken**, I was thoroughly impressed. The waffles were not only visually striking, but they were also incredibly delicious. The ube syrup added a delightful sweetness that paired beautifully with the crispy fried chicken. The dish also included a side of spicy honey for dipping, which elevated the flavor profile even further. It’s a dish I would happily order again! Next, the **pork belly and Korean fried chicken bao buns** stole the show. With four buns in a serving, it was great to have the option to mix and match between pork belly, Korean fried chicken, and eggplant. Each bun was packed with flavor and offered a delightful balance of textures. The pork belly was particularly tender and savory, while the Korean fried chicken was irresistibly crunchy. The **Philly sushi** was another highlight of our meal. The use of smoked salmon instead of the traditional ingredients gave it a refreshing twist that I found quite enjoyable. It was a unique take on a classic roll that did not disappoint. We also tried the **Pad Thai**, which leaned towards the sour and spicy side. While it was flavorful, there was a puzzling ingredient that resembled tofu in shape but had an unusual taste, almost like egg—definitely intriguing, though it left me scratching my head. To accompany our meal, the **strawberry limeade** was a refreshing choice. It was tangy and a bit on the sour side, which was invigorating but required a bit of patience as I waited for the ice to melt to mellow out the tartness. Service-wise, our server **Natalie** was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would love to have her serve us again on our next visit! On a less favorable note, the **bathroom** situation was a bit of a letdown. It was quite small and dark, creating a cramped feeling that was not ideal. Already looking forward for my Mother’s Day reservation on May 11,2025!

   We have been trying to go to this restaurant for quite a while, and it did not disappoint. The food was amazing as well as the service our server. Aaron was very pleasant and offered us recommendations, very attentive. The pork buns, pork belly, and the chicken were delicious. Did not cared much for the bacon appetizer is just really strips of bacon on a skewer, but the other dishes were succulent.!! The crab pasta and the scallops were the main dishes. I highly recommend them. I do take off point of my experience on the noise level. I guess it’s a personal preferences, but it was just too loud. I could barely hear my husband in front of me. not sure if it was because on a weekend it was a little bit too crowded !

   Delicious as always. Sunda never dissapoints, I have tried most of the menu and always flavourful and delicious 😋. This time we ordered the Pork Belly, and it was to die for, crunchy and melts in your mouth all at once... and for appetizers we had the garlic shrimp and the beef lollipop, and they were great as well.

   Excellent experience from arrival to dessert. Highly recommend. We had a variety of appetizers, drinks and entrees, and none was disappointing. This has become probably one of my favorite spots in Tampa. Looking forward to a re-visit.

    We went for the $98pp Easter Brunch. It was phenomenal. A few of the food items were just alright but most everything else was top-notch. The service is great. The drinks are awesome and the ambiance is fun and not snooty. Also, Megan is a great server. Highly recommend!
