   Enjoyed Easter lunch with my two teen daughters, wife, mother in law, and sister in law. Our server was super sweet although had a couple issues throughout service. Nothing that wasn't corrected or dealt with though. Food was what I expected - solid steakhouse fair. All good but not over the top good. Although the brussel sprouts were great! And a bit pricey. But it's a steakhouse.

   Food was great. Service was inconsistent. Our host took a very long time with providing us a server. Our server did not come around to check on us. I had to go to the bar myself in order to get my drink. When I went up there, she was joking around with the bartender then decided to bring my drink when she saw me ask someone else behind the bar for my drink. She ultimately apologized for her delay, however she still charged me for the drink. I should have asked for a supervisor.

   Fantastic experience here. Loved everything. Their seafood tower was spectacular. Their sides were absolutely mouthwatering and excellent with each main dish. Excellent filet. This was a great place to celebrate my wife's birthday. Absolute must. Do note, it is pricey, so prepare your wallet, Lol

   Steaks were very good All food was good. BUT when asked for coffee and possible dessert. The waiter came with 2 cups of coffee and said " We dumped the coffee and to be totally transparent this is watered down espresso. " I was dumbfounded, if you don't have coffee you tell the customer or you make a fresh pot and tell the customer that it will be a while, I'm making a fresh pot. I was glad he warned us. Sent it back and no dessert. At a 5 dollar sign restaurant I expected better.

   To begin I want to thank Marissa for her wonderful hospitality and Thalia for her excellent service. A little history. On January 22, 2025, I adopted a young man from Guatemala. It was a long road. I told my new son that it was time to celebrate. That there was only one place that this celebration could happen. Sullivans Steakhouse in Wilmington, DE. This experience would be new to him. We took our seats as dedicated servers approached the table. Then came Thalia our main server. In a kind way she began to speak Spanish. My son was delighted. This he never expected. We ordered. Wonderful appetizers. Hearty soups. Then the main course… steak, prepared as desired. The food, as always was excellent. The steak was exceptionally prepared. The sides were plentiful. And then to top it off, the desert was the perfect cherry on the evenings sundae. We had no complaints. Only accolades for all staff involved. I want to thank the staff who made the experience enjoyable as well as Thalia who tied it all together. Marissa charmed the table by her presence. I have taken enough of a readers time. I will end with this. Sullivan’s steakhouse needs to be on the top of your list for one of the best culinary experiences you will ever have. Thanks to all for making my son’s experience a time to remember. We will plan our next time back soon.

    We had a great experience at Sullivan’s Steakhouse! The food was excellent, from perfectly cooked steaks to delicious sides, but what really made the evening stand out was our server, Simone. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. Her timing was spot-on, and she made great recommendations without ever being pushy. It’s clear she takes pride in providing great service. We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Simone again!
