   The food was excellent and the service was very good. The only problem we encountered was my wife ordered oysters on the half shell from the menu and after several minutes our waiter came back and said they had a problem in the kitchen and they could not serve any oysters, they should have known this before they took our order.

   Slow service - took 20 minutes to get water at the table before drink orders. Trouble opening the wine bottle so they brought it out in a decanter rather than replace with a different bottle. One of our steaks came out cold. Food was good but the service was not up to the standard versus similar steak houses around town.

   Our family has been going to Sullivan’s for year on Special occasions , Thanksgiving, Birthdays etc…. Our last visit was this Easter/ my husband’s birthday. We arrived on time for our 2:00 reservation . Communication, our service, our food was horrible. Our waitress said the manager was gonna come over and speak with us. They never did. Unfortunately, we will never return to Sullivan’s.

   We enjoyed Easter dinner at Sullivan's. Hospitality, food, and service were outstanding. An enjoyable experience!

   We had a lovely time. The service was outstanding. Three filets were ordered and two were excellent and the other one was good but not exactly the same quality as others . We enjoyed appetizers , sides and desserts and thought it was a good meal overall. The desserts were a bit off from expectations with a strong liquor flavor on the crème brûlée and a key lime pie that was unlike any we have eaten before. I would not order them again .

   Lobster Thermador was meh. Just not a lot of flavor and portion was small for the price. Spinach side also didn’t have a ton of flavor. Service was good. Willing to give it another try.

   Grey service and good food. Atmosphere was kind of dark but we had fun

   The food is of exceptional quality. We had the fillet, asparagus, and baked potato. The desserts are huge! The service was spot on as always. We will come back over and over again!

    I hate writing this but it took 3 times for my medium rare steak to be cooked properly. I had ordered a dry aged NY strip. First time was very over, the second time was way under (very raw it was blue), and the third time was still a little under but I didn't say anything.My cocktails were weak, had very little gin in the cocktail, and one of the glasses was dirty and something inside the glass (I think blue cheese from olives possibly). Our waitress was nice but she talked constantly and brought up things like politics and hating how management was - we could not enjoy our meal. My steak was comped (which was nice) but it just wasn't an enjoyable meal for our wedding anniversary and my husband left frustrated. I'm also not 100 percent sure our bill was correct as we didn't get an itemized receipt. We live about an hour away so this was a real bummer.
