   Great food...a bit pricey, but you get a lot to eat! They have the best tender ribs and very large coconut shrimp. Highy recommend it!

   We enjoyed some wonderfully seasoned Jamaican fare including coconut shrimp, goat curry and ribs. Staff was friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better way to kick off our vacation.

   Great food and service. Would definitely recommend the ribs and steak. Very good home made jerk sauce. Also the specialty fruit drinks are really good. Would recommend the strawberry.

   Always a stop for us when traveling through OIB. It is a must if you are in the area. The food is just fantastic and the service top notch. You feel right at home.

   Sugar Shack never disappoints! Always a must visit when in Ocean Isle. Order the steak, ribs, chicken wings, coconut shrimp and you can’t go wrong. So many other delicious choices as well and don’t forget to add some of their famous sauce. The slaw, which comes with the entrees, is the best around. Thanks Sugar Shack for always being our go to place!!

    The food was amazingly good. The ribs had a great flavor and fell off the bones. The curried goat was tender and very tasty. Anthony was an engaging and efficient server.
