   Food was mediocre. Came at lunchtime, but couldn’t get lunch until 3. Service was slow and a 20% tip was “mandatory “ for parties over 1. : ( not worth the trouble.

   Service was poor, we had a reservation and were not permitted to sit upstairs in the nicer seating area. Someone else walked in and asked to sit upstairs and we told it’s for reservations only. The food was not great and over priced. I ordered a cup of hot tea and they didn’t have any tea. Very strange for a restaurant that serves breakfast and brunch to run out of tea bags at 11:00 am. I would not recommend or ever go back.

   The food came out cold and the service was lacking. We went for breakfast thinking it would be a less busy time, and it was. However, we didn’t get anywhere near the quality of food or service expected at this price point. Plus, there’s a mandatory 20% gratuity! Maybe we should have tried at lunch or dinner for better prepared items. Would not return or recommend based on the experience.

   We waited 40 minutes to be seated, and we sat for another 30 minutes before someone brought 3 waters in dirty glasses (note, there were 4 of us). After 10 more minutes of no server, we got up and left. Every waiter was walking around like they didn’t know what was happening, and the people next to us didn’t get half of their food. We walked across the street to Shake Shack and ate.

   I took my granddaughter to celebrate her birthday, our waitress was very sweet and made my granddaughter feel special on her birthday!!

   Our family of 4 had reservations because we were attending a play afterwards. Upon arrival (on time), we were told it would be another 30 minutes before we could be seated in the dining room. I could understand if we were early, but we arrived exactly on time. We did not want to risk waiting, so they sat us in the bar area instead. The ambiance was definitely less than desired and it was very crowded and loud. Then after receiving the food, we were disappointed again. Everything was just ok. The shrimp fettuccine I got was cold in some spots and warm in others. Almost like it had been microwaved. Overall, we were pretty disappointed. The prices do not reflect the quality at all. I know in the past it was a big celebrity hotspot, but it is definitely not worth going to now. We thought our kids would love it, but they barely even ate their food. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant and would not return.

    The rainbow burgers are so cool but the dye is so heavy it literally colors your 💩! Overall, the food was mediocre as was the service. No need to dine here again ever.
