   Our service was outstanding. Vee was our main server and she was friendly, helpful, and made our first-time experience wonderful. Her helper servers were friendly and excellent too. Our mac and cheese balls were not good. Flavorless, including the sauce, and they were cold. Our burgers and club sandwich were better, but way overpriced. Had to ask for more blue cheese on the burger, because it wasn't even noticeable at first glance. The milkshakes looked good, though we didn't try any. The banana split was very good and enough for 3 people. The music was crazy loud when birthday celebrations were conducted, but thankfully got turned down at other times. I think we had better luck than other reviewers because of the Coronavirus outbreak. Capacity was down, diners were spread out, and there was no wait time for our reservation. The food even looked like the photos in the menu. Not sure if we would have visited without a Groupon because of the high prices.

   Service was poor! Waiters had us clean our own tables; supplied the roll of paper towels, but did not clean it. Waiters kept changing; food and drinks took a long time to come out. Terrible customer service.

   We went to celebrate an 18th birthday. It was a very disappointing experience. There were only 2 Insane Milkshakes available. And they were out of lots of candy for the drinks. Our service was extremely slow. I was disappointed in the value for the money spent.

   Went for my son’s 8th birthday. We the adults and children attending, truly enjoyed themselves!!

   This was the dirtiest Sugar Factory I’ve ever been to. The service was absolutely horrible. The waitress took my family’s order, brought it out and we never saw her again. We had to ask another waitress to find her. When she finally decided to come out to give us the check she never came back to pick it up. There was not toilet tissue or paper towels in either bathroom.

   Dinner was amazing. We had the salmon salad, fettuccine alfredo and cheesecake. The food far exceeded our expectations - everything was delicious! Our server was friendly and attentive. The vibe of the restaurant is young and hip, there’s a big screen TV on the wall looping scenes of celebrities at Sugar Factory restaurants around the country and club music playing overhead. This would be a fun place for a girls night out or a birthday party. We were visiting from out of town but would certainly return for an awesome meal when back in the area.

   Our server was very attentive but it was extremely busy for a Sunday evening. We had a later reservation, 7:45 pm, 3 people, and we still had to wait 45 mins for the larger parties to leave before we were seated. We made our reservations well in advance and had a much longer wait than anticipated. The food was good. Our goblet drink did not have the candy sharks that were in the menu description and they were out of Nutella for our dessert. It was a little disappointing but after the crazy amount of people that were served that evening it was not too surprising they ran out of things. I would definitely recommend The Sugar Factory but maybe visit on a week day during the day to avoid the craziness of the evening.
