   The hostess argued with me that our reservation was at 730 even though I had proof it was 630 from the multiple email confirmations sent regarding the reservation. We got there at 615. They finally sat us then took a half an hour to even acknowledge us and ask what drinks we wanted. Service was slow.  One teen never received his appetizer yet was charged for it. My youngest had to ask for her fries that never arrived with her meal. Portion sizes are smaller than in US as well. Sadly we were excited to eat here but very disappointed in the evening.

   By far the worst service we have ever experienced. Went for breakfast and waited over an hour for any food to arrive. Our kids’ hot chocolate, which was ordered at the beginning, came an hour and a half into the meal. Our server was completely checked out and ambivalent. The food, when it did arrive, was subpar.

   Very expensive and terrible service. Litisha has to be the worst server of all time. Ignored us from the moment we walked in. Entire staff was very rude. Hostess also acted like we were unwanted guests. When you charge $34 for a hamburger you would expect better. Horrible experience .

   Would t waste my time going the food is fake as the Tito’s tasted like arsenic then o was told it was “off” brand the cheese to my daughters grilled cheese was Literally RUBBER! disgusting

   Overpriced and not worth it! We had 2 different desserts and neither was extraordinary. The prices are ridiculous and the quality is subpar. We ordered a sundae that had more whipped cream than ice cream and almost no chocolate sauce. The extraordinary milkshake had the cheapest, most bland desserts added on. Terrible. Skip this for dessert.

   Our server was amazing. Food was out in a timely fashion. It was worth the visit and will be back.

   The ambiance and the service exceeded my expectations. However, the hostess made me feel a little uncomfortable because she refused to seat us in the restaurant and placed us outside even though I asked to be seated inside because it was a cold night and the restaurant appeared to be almost empty except for a few persons . I felt as if because I was a Bahamian/local I wasn't given the same consideration as the other guests. The food was HORRIBLE. ( Pasta, Steak skirt with rice, chicken with waffles and a burger.) The cocktails were a 10 out of 10 and the kids enjoyed the milkshakes. Our server Jamal was awesome and gave exceptional service and was very attentive. We enjoyed the light show over the waterfall and will probably come back just to see that again.

    We had dinner here for my daughter's 8th birthday. Our server Jamal was absolutely fantastic! They were welcoming and very knowledgeable! Such a great spot for kids and adults
