   Booked a table for 6:00pm on Open Table. On arrival went up to Restaurant was asked if we had a reservation, answered in the affirmative and handed in print out of Open Table Confirmation. Waitress checked bookings, shrugged her shoulders and told me we were not booked in. Manageress came over was informed by the waitress of the situation and then informed us they had no table for us but would we like to eat in the bar, as the same menu was served in both areas. Not the ideal situation but faced with trying to find another table else where on a Saturday decided to take up the offer. Others were also eating the bar area, but the down side is you have other customers who are there for a night out with the friends and it is just not a great eating environment. At no point did we receive any apology.

   Absolutely brilliant , hotel staff extremely polite the food didn't take long to come and tasted amazing!

   Staff were lovely. Food really was great, my partner had the fish; which could have been slightly bigger in portion size - but was very tasty! I had the burger with the lot! Yum!!
