   We love a tasting experience and do them often. Everyone was very kind and polite. I have to say, the wine pairings made no sense at all for the food we ate. The food was good and presentation was outstanding. The server gave us some bubbly on the house, but then they charged us for a birthday treat we didn’t even ask for. I’ve never gone to a tasting and decided not to recommend it to anyone before, but this was certainly not an experience I’d recommend to anyone else. The wait between every course and tiny wine pours went you would rarely be drinking the wine alongside the food. Which again, wasn’t too big of a deal since the pairings were clearly not curated by a sommelier.

   We chose an elevated tasting menu for $175.00. The items that were added to the tasting menu to make it an elevated experience were served as an appetizer and were literally one bite size. This was a tad bit disappointing. The food was tasty but had a very strong citrus profile in many dishes which became a little redundant. The service was excellent. We were welcomed with champagne and served an extra dessert for our anniversary. The atmosphere was very casual and we didn’t feel like we were fine dining. When the bill came I noticed that we were charged 185 instead of 175 a person. I pointed that out to the server, he apologized and said that they changed their price this week and adjusted our bill to reflect the price shown when I made the reservation. Overall the experience was just ok.

   Our waiter was incredible! He showed us the kitchen, took pictures for us since it was our anniversary, and made a point to show us a beautiful mural in the restaurant. The tasting menu was amazing, and such an awesome experience. Definitely recommend!

   Food was great, as was our server (Andrew)! Noise level was a little high originally, but they were nice about turning the music down, which we appreciated. Overall good value (again, food was great!), but it was $10 more pp and 2 fewer courses than I anticipated based on the website.

   Very delicious food and excellent service. Andrew M was our server and he did a great job explaining all the dishes. Also ate at Stubborn Seed in Miami and the Vegas experience was better in our opinion.

   We were excited to try this new restaurant in Las Vegas. We have been to numerous fine dining and Michelin star/guide restaurants around the world and although the food was elevated, the ambiance and service was not. The portion sizes were smaller that any tasting menu we have had in the past and left feeling hungry after spending $300+ US dollars for 2 on the meal (Shake Shack was a definite stop on the way back to our hotel). Our waitress was too casual and went on about her experience eating the food. The restaurant decor and music does not match the food nor a fine dining experience. All of the dishes were well thought out and plated beautifully.

   Very comfortable and quiet. Server was responsible for too many tables. Hostess reviewed menu when seating me. Very Helpful. Protein portions were VERY small. Yellowtail was excellent, but lobster was, at best, mediocre Vegetables were very tasty, especially carrot dish. Dessert was imaginative, light and good. Even by LV big name restaurants, this was very expensive, especially because of limited protein. I’ll return but not frequently

   We really enjoyed our meal. We did the tasting menu and each course was better than the one before. The wine pairing was also very reasonably pricing. Service was attentive. We went early, so it was not too noisy. I don't normally notice the music, but I liked the rock playlist and found myself playing name that tune. It matched the vibe of the restaurant perfectly.

   The food was amazing. The tasting menu with wine pairing is worth it. The service was excellent. I was celebrating my birthday and they made me feel so special and the waitstaff was so attentive.

    Had the elevated tasting menu and it was outstanding. Every dish was amazing. And the dill something drink was great as well. Definitely up with l’ateliter and Jaleo in my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas now.
