   A very disappointing visit. Firstly we had booked but they had no record of this. Fortunately there was a table available. We were given our menus when we were seated. It was about 25 minutes before someone came to take our order. The drink and food orders were taken at the same time. The waitress had no notepad and did it all from memory. Unfortunately part of my order was wrong but I didn't think it was worth mentioning. The staff definitely need some kind of training. One good point the food was excellent. I would visit again to give them the benefit of the doubt just incase they were having a bad day. However if I encountered the same service I would definitely give the restaurant a wide berth in future.

   Was told by restaurant that booking via the web was a waste of time as they were too busy. People at next table who were hotel guests had been waiting 45 minutes for the first course and when the starter arrived it was burnt. Time to leave. We will never go back. And my advice to top table don't waste people's time booking through the web page
