Formerly an old house barn, our tasting room is the communal capstone nestled on Strigo’s 70 acre property.
Our tasting room provides a wine experience you won’t find anywhere else in Central New York. We strive to make world-class wines more accessible in a stunning yet down-to-earth atmosphere.
With a focus on land stewardship, viticulture and sustainability. Strigo’s kitchen follows suit. Our culinary program is dedicated to working within our food shed in Central New York and sourced with integrity. Inspired by the landscape, history and grapes themselves - our menu is designed with its roots in mind. The menu will change seasonally as we believe in using the best of the season’s bounty. Offering small plates and our signature grilled meat, cheese and dessert boards designed perfectly for sharing.

    A nice evening. Can get very pricey if you’re not careful about how many tastings you have! Food was great. Ambiance lovely!

    Wonderful staff, especially Steph and Rich. The owners are warm and welcoming. This was my third time there and love the consistently high standards.

    The food was super fresh and the automated wine dispensing system was a wine lovers dream. Would have loved a better selection of cheese for the charcuterie board and some stone ground mustard but the board was still hearty none the less. Beautiful property and it was a beautiful way to celebrate Father’s Day.

    Need better choice of food. Quality choice and quantity needs improvement. It has been better in the past. I would recommend once this improved. We have enjoyed more in past.
