A captivating blend of rustic cabin and city chic, Stone House at Stirling Ridge is located on 10 acres in the stunning Watchung Mountains of Warren, NJ. From the distressed steel, glass-enclosed two-story wine tower, and wood-burning fireplace, this artfully designed space sets an elegant yet cozy ambiance.

Executive Chef David Drake has created a diverse menu, which focuses on unique combination of farm-fresh ingredients, flavorings and spectacular presentation.

Seated promptly but sat at our table waiting 15 plus minutes to place drink order. Nothing redeemable about the food. Reminded me of a free Courtyard Hotel breakfast. Selection and quality was subpar. After receiving our drinks half way through our meal, we realized that they could not get a drink order correct. Service nonexistent - one waitress for 8 tables and some of the tables had 10-15 guests. Unfortunately, a 20% was added to our check. Never again and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

                                                                                          This was not our first visit. We keep coming back for the nice ambiance and excellent food. Service tends to be slow sometimes- I think they are short staffed when the restaurant is busy. My husband had the salmon and I had the French toast. Both were outstanding. There are no mocktails on the menu, but they will make them if you ask. They also have a wonderful and delicious appetizer menu. We will keep coming back!

The food was excellent and our server was great also. This dinner was to celebrate our anniversary. I was telling my son about this restaurant and told him that we have to go back as a family. I want to go in the spring when we can sit outside to enjoy the surrounding. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
