   I live in Las Vegas and have been to STK repeatedly. This Friday was the worst experience I’ve had to date and I won’t be back. The food was cold, flavorless and rushed despite each dish taking a long time to come out. The waiters were nowhere to be seen and It was an incredibly disappointing experience. STK seems to be in decline. It’s a cool venue but there are so many better option at Cosmo, I implore you to go somewhere else, ESPECIALLY if you are from out of town. You will leave underwhelmed.

   This is one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. However, we turned up for a 7.30 reservation on Friday to immediately be told that our reservation only guaranteed a table and not a time" and that we would have a 30-minute wait for our table. when we asked to speak to the manager, she casually told that they were very busy - that's why made a reservation. they essentially way overbooked. in a place where people are rushing to make shows and concerts this makes no sense they did comp us a round of drink and a couple of appetizers but seems a crazy policy for a business to adopt. I wouldn't make a reservation if you are on a time constraint. this was only because we complained to the manager. once we were seated food (and service) were excellent, but the experience certainly will make me think twice about booking there again. The manager should also remember that she is not doing her customers a favor by allowing them to eat there.

   I loved the vibe and the food and drink was outstanding. We were a party of two for a birthday celebration. At the suggestion of server ordered the sea bass and a gin cucumber stiletto and a Filet with STK sauce and truffle butter. The corn pudding side was delicious but more my idea of a dessert than a side. The actual dessert was a chocolate soufflé with chocolate cake. The whole experience was “chef’s kiss” and we would definitely return. Thank you!

   We had an incredible night at STK! Some of our closest military friends, who we were stationed overseas with more than 15 years ago, were in town and this dinner was the perfect way to catch up and celebrate. Everything was so good that we didn’t even stop to take a single picture and that says a lot with our wives! The food was absolutely fantastic: We had the NY Strip and the Filet, which were all cooked to perfection, along with the potato gratin and the crispy brussels sprouts with bacon. Every bite was spot on. Our server, Isaac, was outstanding … friendly, patient, super knowledgeable and attentive, helping us choose the perfect steaks, sides and drinks. We loved the Old Fashioneds, especially the Blue Belle and the Japanese Yuzu variations. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, STK and Isaac, for an unforgettable night!

   Sides were clearly reheated, maybe multiple times, one example the Mac and cheese topping was rock hard. Steak was mediocre over loaded with pepper. We’re were not happy with the service as we got handed the bill early without asking feeling a rush to get us out, when we had not been there long, hard to locate the waiter to order, Hostesses were moody and came off rude and stand offish. A shame as we have been a few times at this location and other locations globally and it was not up to standard and definitely has gone down hill, the quality and service especially for the price point doesn’t compare with competitor restaurants nearby. We won’t be returning.

   We had a reservation but had to wait an additional 30 minutes past our reservation time. The tables are very close together for the price. The experience was just OK.

   Food is usually really good, but this time the Ribeye steak had a lot of connective tissue to cut around which made it an unpleasant experience. Told the fellow who collected our plates, but he did nothing about it, which is not what I expect of a higher caliber restaurant.

   Swanky and fun atmosphere! Food and drinks delicious. Service pretty good. Prices high even for Vegas.

    The service and food was exceptional. Seating was a bit uncomfortable and the noise level was ridiculously high so made it difficult to converse. It’s a great place for parties and time with friends, not ideal for business dinners.
