   They have an event in one side of the restaurant and felt a bit like the staff is more occupied with that. They misunderstood my drink order, then had to remind the waiter for my dessert order (who didn’t react very kindly) and on top of it, I was overcharged.

   The food was delicious! But for drinks, they need to sort it out it's overpriced. Apart from that it is a 10 for me, and the staff were all amazingly nice and friendly I will recommend 🥰

   Do not bother I have eaten in stk around the world and have never experienced anything like it music above loud couldent even here the waiter management letting a girl brush her hair next to people eating food cold drinks warm really don’t bother

   The best part was the sliders that we requested to be changed to chicken due to dietary restrictions. The chicken was flavourless and required plenty of salt and pepper. None of the plates were finished by the chicken eaters. The steak sauce provided was in fact bbq sauce which would not be provided in a real steakhouse! So many improvements to be made for the price I've had better food and drinks included for the price. I would only return for happy hour. Disappointed with the overacted hype of STK

   Happy hour menu is limited and portion are small but my god, the quality and taste was second to none. Highly recommended

   Service was extremely slow. Was very difficult to get a waiters attention to place an order or to get the bill. Although food was overpriced, it was good quality. Music was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation.

   Our waiter forgot to bring the drinks order on two separate occasions. Service was inattentive and not warm, no smiles or niceties. One of our party of four needed seversl visits to the toilet very shortly after eating the lunch, so something eaten wasn’t right. We were sat in a corner squashed between a window and a pillar, and one of our party was repeatedly bumped into by the waiters and waitresses with no apologies and no attempt to make any of us more comfortable. The only nice thing about the visit was that there was a West African 30th birthday party that gave the place a great ambience. Had it not been for them, not sure what the ambience would’ve been like? We were entertaining customers, it was our first visit, and sadly was a disappointing visit all round.

   Arriving at the restaurant on the 18th floor by lift was a lovely introduction. The views over London are immediately impressive and our outside table added to the experience. The service was absolutely first class and the steaks were done to perfection. It was slightly overpriced but given the location and the service my wife and I came away having had a brilliant night.
