   Absolutely awful experience. Waited an hour for our entrees. I had to get up twice to refill our own waters. When our entrees were finally brought we were given no plates for our sides so I had to get up and grab plates from another table to be able to enjoy them. Waiters were nowhere to be found. When I questioned waiter about it he told me where he was from instead of answering why we basically had to wait on ourselves. For a $300 dinner it was atrocious service.

   The noise level inside was quite loud but we dined on the patio. It was not loud.

   Honestly one of the worst steakhouses I’ve ever been to. Nothing tasted seasoned at all. The staff, though effective, seemed cold and disinterested.

   Our server and food service were excellent Hostesses and process to get seated was awful. Waited over 30 minutes even though we had a reservation and when I went and asked they sent me to 3 different people all of which had no idea what was going on. Very poor start. Would except a much better first impression in a restaurant like this. But once we were seated out server was excellent and food was very very good!

   The experience was amazing and Carlos our waiter was so great. His service was impeccable funny amazing and so professional great asset to the STK. We loved him
