   The Wagyu burger was the driest burger we’ve ever had, especially considering the price, our expectations may have been too high. But Wagyu should never be that dry so it was either overcooked or sat under a heat lamp for too long. The pasta was average, definitely not worth the price. Our kiddos kids meal pasta was better. Two stars instead of one because the free bread was delish. Our server was great so five stars to her, same with the view!

   We picked STK Niagara Falls to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary after a good experience at STK in Puerto Rico. The reservation process was easy and upon arrival the staff was nice. This is unfortunately where the good part ended. We ordered our drinks, starters and mains. After we received our cocktails we waited for over 1 hour to get any waiter on our table again, telling the food would come in a little bit. A few minutes later 2 waiters wanted to serve Steak on the table behind us, to later find out these steak were ours. We kindly denied the Steaks as we were still waiting for our starters to come in and asked for the Manager to visit our table. The Manager offered to serve the starters right away, but at that point (1,5 hours later) we had enough and decided to leave the restaurant without food and a very tanted anniversary evening. Almost every Restaurant in the surrounding area closed at 22:00 hours, so we ended up having take out. STK is far from cheap, but we knew that up front and accepted it for the A location and expected good to excellent service. With the service aspect completely missing, we can't justify paying a premium for this restaurant again.

   Overall a good experience, food and service were great. It did take a while for our food to come out, ie. over an hour plus. So, make sure you order some appetizers. Definitely an energetic place, with a live DJ spinning. Fantastic view of the falls.

   This was my 23rd STK location and it did not disappoint! The view was just amazing! Food and drinks were top-tier! Sophia was our server and she was so kind and energetic and willing to accommodate us in any way possible. Courtney was also very eager to ensure that our experience was top-notch! Highly recommend this location to all!

   Lacked attention to detail. Had to wait to be seated, tables not wiped down. Not the ambiance expected from this calibre restaurant. Ended up leaving.

    We were referred to STK by David, front desk staff at the DoubleTree Hilton. Close walk between hotels. This restaurant has a beautiful view of the Falls. We reserved a table on-line for 4:30, early for the dinner crowd but this allowed us time to enjoy our drinks, appetizers and entrees without feeling rushed. Shrimp scampi and oysters for apps. Entree of ribeye steak prime rib with additions of aspargus and loaded baked potato was absolutely delicious. Leanne P was our server. She was wonderful- welcomed us with a smile, friendly and attentive to our needs. Not having many tables at that time of the day gave us time to chat about life in Niagara Falls. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience
