   A friend and I were in town for a concert and decided to visit STK. Keith took our orders and made sure that we had everything that we needed. Melvin arrived with our food and from that moment until our departure he didn't miss a beat. His hospitality was unmatched, Melvin went above and beyond to make sure that we had an unforgettable experience. He was upbeat, friendly and has an energy that compliments the ambiance. We will return and highly recommend. We look forward to our next visit. Thanks to Melvin STK will always be a place to visit when in Miami.

   It's just a decent steakhouse but you will be paying top tier pricing. If you're going for a steak on South Beach, you can get much better bang for your buck without putting much effort into the search. The ambiance was a bit below average, the service was average, and the food was ok. Please check your receipts when they bring it to you after your meal. There were definitely mistakes on mine. And beware the 13$ butter.. they won't tell you that its an upcharge.

   The service was awful. It wasn’t busy and we waited over 30 min for a drink. The food was gross and over priced. I would pick McDonald’s over this place.

   Very disappointed - have been to the NYC location several times, so thought bringing my group here while in Miami would be great. First, started with an unbearably hot room for our table while caused 15 minutes of disruption trying to get the AC turned on. When food finally came, one of our group’s steaks was completely left out of the order. It took over 20 minutes to get that, which caused everyone else’s food and sides to be cold upon consumption. Another steak was cooked medium well instead of medium rare, the replacement for which also took 20+ minutes to receive. Surf and turf was also overcooked, lobster mac & cheese was solidified fat and cold when served, and tater tots were also cold. When we voiced our concerns, instead of being met by a manager that stood by his staff and establishment, we were met by David who threw his staff under the bus and assured us that reprimanding would be in-store - a very unprofessional tone and overall uncomfortable situation to be placed in as a diner, especially given how outstanding our server Daniella was. Will not be returning to this location or another STK, and recommend that the reprimanding that takes place is instead a course in effective management for David. When spending $2,000+ for a meal, you do not expect service that comes in under that of a local McDonald’s.

   I had a great time celebrating my birthday there. My servers were very attentive and prompt and people were very friendly.

   My experience at the restaurant was amazing.I was celebrating a dear friend's birthday and my server, i believe his name was guy, took care of us pretty well.
