   When we booked the reservation the description said “VIP seating has a €150 minimum. Please contact to reserve” which we did not contact since we don’t want. When they sat us they tried to tell us we had to pay €150 each and that they should have called us but didn’t. We said we didn’t want that and have to go back and forth and they eventually let us just order what we want. The service was quite bad after that. Food was fine nothing special. Overpriced but that’s stk

   Always have the best time here. Food was amazing, dancers were great, and service was excellent.

   Only take an early sitting if you are happy to pay to have the table all night (or don’t mind paying increased prices for food without experiencing the show.) Our waitress was only interested in turning the table around within a 2 hour slot. She gave the table away to other guests when my girlfriend and I went to loo after our main course. We still had 20 minutes left on our time slot but found ourselves stood at the bar just as the show was getting going. Overall I’d say it was an horrendous , ostentatious and ugly experience.

   We saw this venue online and have never been before. We had no idea what to expect and therefore went online to book. Online suggests times to book and automatically allocates you to the bistro area, where it states there is no minimum spend. We had heard the entertainment was great and therefore decided to book for the closing party. We were not overly hungry and therefore asked to order drinks and a starter. The waitress made us feel terrible and explained that we would have to order a full meal from the menu, which we was not aware of this. I explained this and she said ‘ok but you will not be able to keep the table all night’ I said that’s fine. The rest of the time she was serving us, she was really rude and made us feel uncomfortable, the couple on the next table also commented on her poor customer service. I was so disappointed as the evening entertainment, drinks, front desk staff were all great. If ordering food is an expectation and terms of a table booking, I think this should be put on the website for future. To avoid future customers being made to feel like we were.

   Fab evening for a 40th birthday . Quieter night in the venue but entertainment was still great. Lovely reception and waiting staff

   Definitely go back again, only thing that spoilt it was space to dance/lack of bar staff

    One of the best experiences I’ve had in Ibiza. Great atmosphere and entertainment, and those mini burgers blew my mind.
