   Confusion over whether I had a table booked to start with. Waiting staff not able to understand us when ordering the food and drinks. Asked for a menu to order a dessert and it took over 10 mins to get it whilst staff stood up near the desk chatting then a further 20 minutes for the dessert to arrive. It wasnt a hot dessert. Overall it wasn’t the best service, food was fine.

   Really enjoyed our stay . The self checking in initially was t great as it kept saying our room wasn’t ready ,but a lovely girl ( maybe Ashling ) saved the day . Our meal was lovely and have to give a big shout out to Jeannine who was so professional ,so engaging and so nice . Loved the breakfast in the morning was fabulous,the only thing we didn’t like was the self service for tea and coffee . Wud prefer a teapot /coffee pot .

   The hotel is lovely. However, the restaurant is fairly bland, as was the food. The evening was rescued by the excellent waiting staff

   Waiting service was great and can’t fault that . However the food was very slow to come after being ordered . Food was average and could have been much better . There weren’t very many people in the restaurant so not much of an atmosphere … seemed to be better ambience in the bar/restaurant downstairs

   They say us in a windowless function room and served a 34 euro steak on a wobbly table with a butter knife.

   Service was poor enough..we asked for ketchup when the burger arrived...dinner was finished and ketchup still hadn't arrived. One servers id tag was hanging into food he was serving

   I brought my 91 year old mother for dinner here and everything was very accessible for her from the front door of the hotel to the restaurant. From the moment we arrived we were treated really well by all staff, the greeting we received at the restaurant was so friendly and all staff were exceptionally welcoming. The food was amazing, we both had the beer battered fish with chips and it was the nicest we've had to date. Desert was amazing and we left for our trip to the theatre full to the brim. The prices are very reasonable but if I was to have one criticism it would be for the condition of the table. There was several deep scratches on the surface which took from the beautiful decor of the restaurant, condition of the table definitely was not 4 star. Other than that one little hitch everything else was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

   Great place for a pre theatre dinner. Lovely food and very friendly helpful staff. Thomas and his team went above and beyond to make it a very special occasion. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you.

    Overall everything was lovely apart from when we finished our main course. 3 out of the 5 of us ordered a dessert and our dinner plates were never picked up from our table. Once our dessert came, it was placed beside the empty dinner plates and the staff left them there. This was not acceptable. Service was quite slow and this was poor. However every course was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
