   The seafood was EXCELLENT! Grits cold, asparagus and salads- delish!best stone crab ever. … a bit too noisy- maybe lower the music a tad

   Fresh baked pick your own snapper was outstanding, kids park across the street was beautiful and just reopened after refurbishment , happy hour deals were delightful

   My yellowtail was too salty and also I was charged for fries that I ordered but never received. Our server Kevin C seemed pre-occupied and never smiled. He got a $98 tip for an hours worth of 18 percent deserving not 20 percent deserving work. I didn’t want to make a big deal as I was hosting friends.

   We had an excellent brunch. Our server Reni was outstanding with great recommendations. We had the fish wings, oysters, hogfish sand, chicken and waffles. Delicious!

   Had a lovely dinner here on our last night in Miami. Was pleased that Orlando was our server bcz he had the biggest smile and warm personality. We were also pleased to be off the beaten track of south Miami, there’s a nicer/more calm vibe here IMO. We ordered the whole fish on the bone which Orlando deboned expertly at our table. Very delicious with two different sauces and some tasty marinated onions and pickles. For sides we had yuca & coleslaw. All very delicious. For starters we had tiradito and buffalo fish wings. Both good but the fish wings were imaginative and worth a try. They also have good selection of wines. Over all this was very nice. We don’t live in the states so we are not used to dinner costing $300+ for something fairly casual. A big chunk of our total went to taxes and tip. Overall quite a bit more stylish with better food than what you find on ocean ave. Worth a visit, ask for Orlando

   First time at Stiltsville and it did not disappoint. The food was very fresh, beautifully prepared and tasted fantastic. It’s great to have a place that still serves fresh fish. The service was welcoming and friendly.

    In my opinion this is the best restaurant for fresh fish from Florida. It reminded me of being in the keys with so many fresh fish options to choose from. I highly recommend. The outdoor seating was great and we are looking forward to dining there again when we are back in south beach.
