   I had one of my worst dinning experiences at this stick n sushi location. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in the door. We had a 10:45 reservation and were told when we arrived that the kitchen closes at 10:45 and we would have 5 minutes to order. I understand they were wanting to leave as it was the end of the night but that is outrageous to have a reservation available to book at the time the kitchen closes. The entire experience the staff was so rude and one of them yelled at my entire party when we didn’t hear him say something, I was taken back and there was no reason for that level of poor treatment. We simply booked a reservation that was available to us and were treated so awful. It is also a shame because it is not cheap to dine there and it makes me never what to spend money at the establishment again.

   Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and the poor communication regarding our kitchen hours. While our last reservation is at 10:45pm, the kitchen remains open for 15 minutes to allow time for ordering—we regret this wasn’t clearly explained. We’re also concerned to hear about the behaviour of our team and will address this internally. This is not the level of service we strive for, and we sincerely apologise.    Fantastic service and food. Really enjoyable meal with excellent atmosphere. Team couldn't do enough to make our family welcome and ensure we had an enjoyable evening. When my son choked on his meal they were instantly table side to assist - fortunately all ok very quickly! They showed a great care and attention to him and make him forget that part of the meal very quickly and he was able to enjoy the rest of his meal and time in the restaurant. Thank you to all the team. We were visiting London but will definitely return on our next visit to London. Throughly enjoyed our food

   Scrumptious food and drinks in a bustling atmosphere made for a great evening. We opted for one of the set menus, which was great value and variety. Two small niggles ... we felt a little rushed as courses were brought before we had finished the previous course, and our waiter was overly attentive ... transpires that they wanted to turn the table, which I understand, but not when it spoils the experience. Another 15mins would have made all the difference, or setting expectation clearly at the outset would have worked too ... you don't want to make guests feel rushed.

   We came from California to visit our daughter who is studying in London for a semester and to celebrate her 22nd birthday. She chose sticks and sushi for dinner and celebration. Great food and fun atmosphere but both the waiter and his “assistant” were unfriendly, inattentive and at times rude. Glad the food was good but it doesn’t make up for the really poor service. To add to our frustration a 13% service charge was automatically added to our bill and when I shared our bad experience with the host, he was not concerned and could barely find the words to say “sorry”. Disappointing to say the least.

Regarding the 12.5% service charge, it is standard practice across the UK and is discretionary—guests are welcome to ask for it to be removed if they’re not satisfied.    Lovely restaurant with great food and definitely worth visiting. Some tables compact but not a huge issue. Only downside (being picky now) is that the bar drinks took longer than the food! Daughter loved The Karaage chicken and ordered it twice! We had a lovely waiter and couldn’t do enough for us.
