   Wow lunch in a special restaurant, the chicken parmigiana was excellent, and service at such a high standard that I have not experienced in a long time.

   The filet was perfectly cooked. My favorite, always consistent- I've even door dashed this an it came perfect. 10 for consistency. But the atmosphere and the attentive service makes it even better! Thank you Stella for a wonderful meal! 👏👏

   Stella is one of those spots that just gets it right in every way. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels special— but relaxed. The outdoor back area is absolutely stunning, especially at night. The soft lights make it feel so cozy, and I can totally picture it being the perfect spot for a fun party or a laid-back evening with friends. My husband and I love how romantic it feels. We also love the bar area. This restaurant is just gorgeous no mater where you sit! When it comes to the food, it’s all top-notch. My go-to’s are definitely the Chicken Milanese, which is always so packed with flavor, and the Brown Sage Gnocchi—rich, savory, and comforting all at once. The Filet and the Petrale Sole are other standout, cooked perfectly every time. And don’t get me started on the Cheesy Garlic Bread. So yummy. To round it all off, their Espresso Martinis are a must. Smooth, coffee-flavored, and just the right amount of kick to keep the night going. All in all, Stella nails it—beautiful setting, amazing food, and a vibe that makes you want to stay. Highly recommend checking it out!

   I love coming to Stella for lunch and dinner. Today we came for lunch and had the Vegetariano Panini and Rigatoni Salsiccia Calabrese, and both were delicious! The food is always wonderful, and the service has always been great. The gorgeous interior has such a cool luxe vibe and the ambience is beautiful and lively. The restaurant itself is very spacious and clean and has a really cool bar for dining or drinks. The dining areas (inside + outside seating with heat lamps) are all comfortable places to enjoy a meal whether on a date or with a group. There's even an upstairs area for dining or private events that overlooks all the action on the first floor. I highly recommend the Fish Market Cheesy Bread as an appetizer, and one of their unique signature cocktails which seem to change seasonally. While I can vouch for every dessert on the menu, my favorite is the affogato. I can't wait to come back!

   If you're in Burlingame and not eating at Stella, what are you even doing with your life? This Northern Italian spot is the kind of place that makes you consider breaking up with your kitchen forever like I did! The food? Ridiculously good—like, “lick the plate when no one’s looking” good. The gnocchi is clearly made by someone’s Italian nonna who put her soul (and maybe a little wine) into every bite. Honestly, to die for! The service? So friendly and on point, you’ll feel like a VIP - very attentive. And let’s talk about the interior—so classy and chic, you might start casually planning your next birthday dinner there halfway through your appetizer. Can you say details?? Stella is the kind of place that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. Don’t miss out on their cocktails too - they were a scrumptious meal of their own! 🍸

    Took a work colleague here today for a lunch meeting. We were so impressed with the beautiful decor, ambiance, food and service. We shared the truffle stuffed gnocchi (which was suggested by our server and did not disappoint), the salmon with a prosecco sauce and the chicken calabrese. Each dish was perfection with delicious rich flavors. There was a private event on one of the pretty patios that looked really nice. I saw a pretty purple colored martini go by that our server said is called La Violetta made with Empress Gin. I cannot wait to come back for dinner with a group of friends so I can order one of those martini's and order several more things from the menu to share. I wanted to try everything! If you are looking for authentic northern Italian food in a beautiful setting this is the place to go.
