They don't even use OpenTable anymore so our reservation wasn't there and we were added to the wait list. They felt bad but didn't do anything about it.

Went to Steamboat this week with 2 friends, new experience for all of us. The waitperson was extremely knowledgeable of the process and her menu choices! She walked us through the ordering and suggested instead if getting the Soporo beers in bottles, try it on tap! Boy, was a way better choice! The shrimp balls were delicious as was the lamb skewers! Recommend the half and half broth, little spicy little mild! Will be going back real soon!
