At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve.     Charles & Jerome waited on us at a table overlooking the kitchen. Asparagus and specialty potatos au gratin were over the top. Bone-in ribeye was perfection. The vanilla & caramel cake dessert was so awesome we ordered another one to go! The total experience was magnificent! Greg S

    My wife and I went here for our 2 year wedding anniversary and her birthday. Everything was cooked perfectly and prepared amazingly. The wait staff was friendly and professional, would definitely go again for another anniversary/celebratory dinner again!

    All of the other steak houses in Charlotte either need to meet Steak 48 standards or those other restaurants will never see me again

    Love Steak 48. Server and food were fantastic. This particular Steak 48 doesn’t rate as high as the others I’ve been to due to the lack of high end bourbon selection.

    From start to finish everything was wonderful! The food was wonderful! Everything was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly! They were so sweet in celebrating my birthday and made me feel special every minute I was there! Thank you so much!

    Everything wonderful. Jeremy A+. Lamb is an excellent, Brussels sprouts delicious. Deserts a lot of fun. Great wine list.
