At Steak 48 in Charlotte, we serve the finest steaks and high-quality seafood in an intimate and vibrant setting. The diverse menu at our Charlotte steakhouse location will satisfy any personal craving, as we serve the best USDA prime steaks, succulent seafood and shellfish along with inventive and classically inspired side dishes and appetizers. Our master butchers custom cut 28-day wet-aged steaks by hand for cooking in our 1800-degree broiler. Much of our beef comes from Midwestern farms in Michigan and Wisconsin as well as premium Wagyu beef brought in from the Mishima Reserve. The food was great across the board! Every time we've come the quality is consistent no matter the dish. The service was excellent. Our server Adam was personable and attentive. We will be back!

EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Quick story; one of the waiters accidentally threw away the rack of lamb that I didn’t finish. We called the restaurant the next day and couldn’t nail down the manager to explain what happened. Needless to say my wife and I head back up there the next day and the Asst. Manager Jennifer took care of us by giving us another rack of lamb and asked “what side do you want with that?!” Hey guys, I almost cried. That level of customer service is unmatched!! This is why Steak 48 remains number 1-5 of our top five (5) restaurants in the world.

I’ve never had anything but a terrific experience at Steak 48 Charlotte. Terrific people, outstanding food and great ambience. Our server, Geremy, was superb.
