I truly loved the ambience here at Station 4 however, this dining experience wasn’t the best for us. We chose to opt for the bottomless mimosas and quite often we were looking for our serve to refill our glasses. All but two of our dishes came out lukewarm to cold as well. I’ll attribute this lack in service and quality to the fact that it was Easter. The food was still flavorful and prepared how we wanted. I’ll definitely go back again, perhaps when they aren’t as busy.

My family and I visited on Easter Sunday for brunch and the food was served cold. While Easter is a very busy and well known day to have brunch, it’s unfortunate that the service was slow and the food was cold. Management should have made provisions for such a day and to ensure food was at least served at warm temperature. For that reason, I will not visit this place again.

We had a reservation via Open Table, but the hostesses seemed to be unaware. They sat us at 2 small round tables instead of a regular table; this seemed odd for two people. My wife's Caesar salad was pungent, and it upset her stomach. While the restaurant was in the vicinity of the Wharf, which has nice dining, this restaurant was not of the same caliber.

Our recent brunch experience, initially identified through social media marketing, fell significantly short of expectations. The actual ambiance and offerings differed considerably from the advertised presentation. While the atmosphere and food quality were acceptable, they did not align with the promoted image. Furthermore, the level of service provided was unsatisfactory.

I recently had the misfortune of dining at Station 4, and I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've ever had. First of all we waited for at minimum 15-20 minutes for someone to come over to our table and greet us. There was no apology for the wait and in fact, our server initially didn’t even come over to our table. Secondly, the food was cold. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when it arrives at your table lukewarm and unappetizing. You expect a certain standard when dining out, especially in a city like DC, but the dishes we received were far below that standard. It’s as if they had been sitting around for ages before making their way to us. The service was equally subpar. Our server seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, which only added to our frustration. We had children with us, ages 4 and 7, who were getting increasingly restless as the minutes dragged on. However, I was super proud of their ability to self-manage as they were famished. Unfortunately, our wait for food felt like an eternity. It’s never easy to keep young kids entertained, and having to wait for such a long time made the experience even more stressful. Overall, our visit to Station 4 was a terrible experience, and I can't see myself returning anytime soon. There are plenty of other dining options in the area that I would recommend over this one. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!

We had a reservation but it still took us 40 minutes to be seated. When we arrived at our table we didn’t have water or silverware. It took the waiter 15 minutes to come to our table and never came to check on how our food was. We ordered the Brussels sprouts but they didn’t come. Thankfully the server forgot to put them in our order?! The noise was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. The food needed salt and I had to ask for salt and pepper.

Very unstaffed felt like half of the team was sick. Only one hostess having to find seats for everyone on a busy Saturday night with no help from the manager who was running around doing who knows. Reservations for 6:45 sat at 7:15 and I can’t even blame the hostess she was cleaning tables and trying to seat people and giving waters bless her heart. When we were finally seat took about 15 minutes to get waters and it wasn’t even from our waiter waited another 15 and still no server so decided to leave. I have no hate in my heart for the staff felt like poor management form the manager who knew what was happening but couldn’t even help he’s team by cover sections

Minimal Wait staff for the size of this place. I mean MINIMAL! Felt bad for the staff cause they were trying their best but needed at least 6 more waiters. This place is big. Food was good once we finally got it. Never got water refills, had to ask for silver wear, didn't even think of reordering a glass of wine or maybe should have when I finally got the first one. Maybe a lot of people called out sick but it was really bad. Hope management hires more staff.
