   16th birthday for my granddaughter and it exceeded my expectations! The food was superb and the wait staff and experience was incredible!

   The service was impeccable! The food and drinks were perfect. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and our server brought out a cheesecake with a candle. That was a wonderful addition to our day.

   We had a wonderful meal. It was much better than I expected being connected with a tourist site. The sourdough bread was the best I ever tasted. We also loved the steak, the salmon and the bacon appetizer

   We were here to celebrate a special birthday. The staff was so kind and made our daughter feel special. The strawberry profiteroles and to die for chocolate cake were the perfect sweet end to a very nice meal.

   I unfortunately picked this restaurant for my birthday dinner. It is Not a restaurant with a view from the Empire State Building. The salad dressing on the garden salad was too tart. The calamari was over cooked. The NY strip was devoid of flavor. The best thing about the place was the service.

   Thanks to Virgin experience I celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday after our visit at the Empire State Building . It was a special night with great service and delicious cuisine.

   What a wonderful, atmospheric restaurant in a superb location. We were only in new York for a few very busy days and only had one day of sightseeing available. We chose the empire state building and what better way to round out a busy day than eating a pleasant meal conveniently located by where we were going. We paid for a set menu with our ticket price but I was looking forward to visiting having seen photos and great reviews. These reviews were well deserved. This place absolutely exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of the whole trip. Definitely the best restaurant that we had visited. My friend and I were coming straight from a rehearsal at the pope auditorium and had gotten a bit lost on the way back. Consequently we were stressed and flustered from walking as quickly as we could to get there for our reservation. The restaurant staff were amazing when my husband explained we were on our way and held the table and told us not to rush, fortunately it was a quieter weekday lunchtime. From the moment we arrived we were so well looked after, given drinks and allowed to take our time deciding what to order. The menu was brilliant and we had trouble deciding between everything! Ernesto was fantastic and even bought out a dish of sauce for my friend to try. The food was absolutely delicious and well presented and we enjoyed it immensely. The very patient Kumar was our photographer to capture this part of our once in a lifetime experience. We enjoyed everything so much that after our amazing tour up the empire state building, we were in need of refreshment and decided we wanted to go back to the restaurant. The staff welcomed us back and we ordered cocktails. I tried a new one I'd never had before but it wasn't quite to my taste. The lovely Deborah noticed and offered a replacement on the house. I've never experienced such kindness or great service in a bar before. She just wanted to round off a memorable day in the best way, which she did.
