   Really fun experience, with so much flavor variety and options in their dim sum style. Trout dip, sourdough-sauerkraut pancakes are not to be missed, but everything we ate was different, deeply flavorful and delicious.

   Had great wait service but we had to wait almost a hour for our final dish (State Bird). Food was a bit too cold for us but staff is so friendly and good ambience

   Dining solo at State Bird Provisions was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I sat down, the service was warm and welcoming—never rushed, and perfectly attentive. The famous State Bird with Provisions absolutely lived up to its reputation—crispy, savory, and full of flavor. But the surprise standout for me was the Pork Belly Salad—a perfect balance of richness and brightness that I’d go back for in a heartbeat. The ever-evolving dim sum-style service makes every bite feel like a little adventure, and even dining alone, I never felt out of place. It’s absolutely worth the effort to snag a reservation—this place is a gem for any serious food lover, solo or not.

   The circus format barking the specials is both enticing and chaotic but does add flavor to the whole experience. Very inventive and scrumptious.

   Great experience with a really novel way ('dim sum') of choosing your food. If I didn't live 15000KM's away I'd be a regular!

   Great food. Really enjoyed the hand cut noodles and the pork katsu. The scallops and the duck liver were also table favorites. A bit of a loud and energetic atmosphere. Service was hit and miss.
