   Raul led our tour and was amazing! He was personable and knowledgeable and made the entire tour and tasting a great time! I would definitely recommend adding this to your time in Seattle!

   The place is great! The drinks were delicious as well. I wished OpenTable would include the tax already. I was told a certain price and when it came time to pay I paid more than I thought. Therefore, it’s better to pay up front than at the place. I wouldn’t recommend the tour. I think it’s better to go on your own and just try the things you like.

   We didn't eat at the Roastery, but we did a coffee tour tasting. Our Barista / Guide (Gabriel) was really good and informative. The two coffees they had selected were good. My wife and I enjoyed it.

   The Starbucks Reserve in Seattle is super cute. They have drinks, food and merch, hat you will not find at your local spot. The tour/tasting was expensive, but very enjoyable. I probably won't schedule another tour,but I will definitely visit other flagships if I am in the area (the tour is a one and done experience for me, but I'm so glad I did it!)

   We booked a private Martini class and Gaberial was an amazing host! We had so many laughs and we learned a lot about making our own espresso martinis!

   Store is amazing. Employees overall were super helpful and polite. Much better than a local storefront. My main concern is the person leading out tasting was very hard to hear. He was very soft spoken. They was brought to his attention several times. He skimmed over the tastings and didn’t really explain anything. Felt like he knew facts and shared them, but not really able to explain them.

   Did the coffee tasting and smelling experience, and the person who did our coffee experience was amazing! Calvin knew his stuff and we had some amazing coffee samples, and learned about how to make coffee and where it comes from. 10/10 recommend, worth the $$ totally

   Do not book a tour on Sunday, the tour is limited due to some parts being cleaned and shut down. Also, coffee tasting is nothing sophisticated, rather basic and unimpressive for the amount of money spent.
