   A visit to the Whitney resulted in a desire for something off the menu. It was deliciously produced without a whimper of complaint from the kitchen - bless you all.....Seriously you should have it on the menu because you do it so well....as they do with all of the choices on the menu. Thank you for stepping up for us on a busy Saturday. Always make a reservation so you won't be disappointed. Great team at the front desk keeps things moving - thank you! Tuna Tartare, fabulous whipped avocado toast, great coffee, smiling service staff.... Will always return.

   Convenient place for brunch since we stayed at The Standard Hotel. Place was bustling, food was yummy and bloody Mary’s were decent.

   Lovely atmosphere, great service. Food was good, though English muffin on my eggs Benedict was so tough I had trouble cutting through it.

   We went for Valentine’s Day. The wait for our reservation was excessive. We got a drink at the bar, bartender was rude and extremely slow. It was a prix fix menu, which is typical for Valentine’s Day, but they ran out of items on the menu. The dishes we had to choose from were unimpressive and seemed like scraps they just threw together for $90 pp. I had the lobster option for my main course and it was literally 2 bites.

   They charged us for extra bottle of wine. When we asked them why - the answer was SORRY. I don’t think it’s normal at this kind of places...

    I made the reservation several month before and was expecting my table to be in the dinning area not outside next to the entrance. It felt like being place outside of the resturang. Also they cleared our table before all of us had finished to eat. I have been here before and been happy so this was a surprice to me.
