   This was our first time and we will be back. We were seated promptly and our drink orders were taken. The calamari special was some of the best we have ever had. I had the flounder with crab special which was very good. Looking forward to trying Stack's again.

   Overall average but not exceptional. Not pretentious at all. Offered us seating next to bar for a reservation made well in advance for a special occasion .We asked for a booth and were told not available but several booths were empty. Then came back and said something had just opened up. Asked why we couldn’t reserve at 6:00 instead of 6:15 since 90% of restaurant was empty and were told people were all on the way... think about it, our table was empty at 6:00 but we could t reserve until 6:15. I think they must not start staffing until 6:15 which seems strange. Top sirloin was dry and poorly prepared with little taste. Vegetables were cooked well. Flounder stuffed with crab was tough on outside. I couldn t cut it with fork, had to use knife. Atmosphere was nice in booth but very dark and difficult to read menu. Waitperson was nice and very positive and gave her positive opinion about the food . It would have been nice if she had actually tried to get our opinion instead of pronouncing “I see you are really enjoying the food” simply because we were eating it. Coconut cake was good but way too heavy on icing. Overall we probably will not go back as will choose restaurants with something more special to spend $32 per entre and celebrate a special day.

   Been there many times. Excellent, innovative menu and good value. Highly recommend trying it. Need reservations, very popular place.

   can't help ordering tuna nachos every time. this time missed wasabi; however, did not tell waitress. the tomato basil soup delish. beet salad really wonderful.

   Less than average food. The grits were not appetizing. A friend ordered her burger well done, but it had pink in the center. The cocktails weren't properly made. Good service.

   Had a ladies night out. The wine, meal, service was wonderful as always. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Mt.Pleasant and can’t wait to go again.

    Food and service are almost always excellent, but we ordered the Braised Chicken on this visit and it was disappointing.
