   I was with a party of 8 and was there for supper before a show at the Newton Theatre. 7pm show, figured 5pm gathering would be fine. It's a 3 minute walk to the theatre. Very nice waitress. Light and lively place and it was packed. There was a VERY large party, 30+ I would guess. Our food did not come out until 635pm. I ordered 2 apps as my meal but they ran out of one which i was not informed until they were serving. At 625pm I did remind the waitress we had a show to catch. Got served, asked for the check immediately. Ate up, made it to the show only 5 minutes late. Again, i don't blame the waitress but we did inform her we were attending the show. Should have had some consideration. I would think. I would return but know how it could go wrong. All that said, the food was excellent!

   They offer a good variety of delicious dishes. Great cocktails too. You can get plain old fish and chips or a German combo platter...all wonderful! I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

   My wife and I ate here before the Marshall Tucker concert at Newton theater. The service was good but too fast and confused. My soup arrived before my wife's salad (the server thought it was her meal, her meal was not ordered originally). My dinner arrived before I got half-way thru my soup so it went back to the kitchen to keep warm. Eventually it came back luke warm. It was a rushed evening. That needs to slow down a bit. Otherwise a good place to eat. We both enjoyed our dinners (I had bratwurst, my wife pasta with shrimp). Dessert was really good. The final bill was fantastic - great value for the dollar here.

   Food was cooked perfectly, and one of the tastyest steaks I have ever had. The menu was diverse as my wife had a sandwich and I had sreak. the whole meal with tip was under 65.00 Great value

   Everything is perfect.. Food is great, service is very friendly, atmosphere is ok. Been there couple times , but this is first time for using open table. Would love to give them 5 stars , but I ordered Shrimp Wellington, in the menu it said 3 Jumbo Shrimp (and I always got 3 Jumbo Shrimp when I ordered it couple times, it is my favorite dish here), I only got 2 shrimp for this time. We asked server, she said because of the size of Jumbo Shrimp. I think no matter what size of shrimp , if it said in menu 3 shrimp, it should follow the menu. Anyway , I enjoyed my dinner.
