   It was a birthday celebration and the dinner was superb! Excellent service and food, ambience was perfect too. Highly recommended. The 91 year-old birthday girl was happy!

   Friends took us to Spring Moon during our five-day stay in Hong Kong. The food was so exquisite, and the atmosphere so delightful, that we went back again two days later. Best and most interesting dim sum we have ever had.

   The best dim sum I've ever had (and I'm chinese). The BBQ pork puff was divine. Will definitely return again to HK just to have their dim sum.
