   Meat eater and vegetarian and we both loved the food. Quick, friendly and informative service - I let them choose for me with no regrets. Beautiful starters with dips. The vegetarian curry was stunning and I didn’t realise how good egg fried rice could be. Chilled beers! Just lovely. And a note about the manager and waitress who couldn’t have been more friendly. My only regret is that it’s not in East London, but we will be back for sure. Thank you so much.

   When we entered we were welcomed straight away, staff were polite and eager to please, the food are so filling that we ended up taking away most of our orders. Their battered squid is to die for. Crunchy yet moist in the inside and chewy but soft. This was my favourite so this is what I recommend more. The other orders we had were also excellent and my family and guests were really impressed. The Vietnamese and Filipino mix cooking was perfect blend. This month alone..April 2025 we have been here 3x now. Will definitely come back and taste the other food that we didn't ordered.

   We went to Sprigs for lunch on a Sunday at 2 pm, and were informed they were out of baguettes, so no banh mi bread- honestly very disappointing for a Vietnamese restaurant. We decide to order vegetarian fried rice, and were told to get egg fried rice, as there were limited other options that we could avail. This didn’t bode well given we’re vegan. The steward then informed us that ok, they’d make us vegetarian rice. When the food arrived, they forgot our starters (we decided to not ask for these again, given that we were feeling frustrated at this point). Once the rice dish was mostly complete, a steward arrived to ask if it could be taken away. I was mostly done while my husband was still eating. The steward decided to also take away my plate without even asking. Food was ok, nothing special. We thought the original place at Hammersmith was a lot better. But, service was below par. Not recommended, will not visit again.

   Another excellent visit to Sprigs. We tried some different dishes this time and enjoyed all of them again. Lovely food.

   Sprigs is a little gem of a restaurant offering authentic Vietnam and Indonesian cuisine. When entering we had a warm and courteous welcoming. I had the chicken curry which was so tasty and spiced just right. My friend had. the vegetarian Pho which she said was delicious . The staff were friendly and attentive throughout . We look forward to enjoying Sprigs hospitality and delicious food soon.

   Our waiter on the evening of 11 Feb 2025 didn't introduce himself. He was very friendly and nice, made no mistakes. The food was excellent - especially the Filipino dishes (pork humba and beef kaldereta). The Filipino chefs did very well. The food tasted really good and clean (not greasy) and looked to have been prepared very professionally. There were four of us and we all enjoyed the food, ambiance and the whole dining experience.

   Very unassuming from the outside and interior is basic but the food is far from that ! The service and food were excellent- will definitely be back

    It was our first trip to Sprigs Vietnamese and we were very impressed. The food was so delicious and the staff were charming and helpful. Portion size was good and the quality of good outstanding. We will definitely be going back.
