   Service is not great food quality is not up to par with the price. Ambiance is great sunset is amazing. Bar 11 was great good DJ and bartenders.

   Took my wife here for her birthday (first time eating here). Our server, David was excellent as he explained the menu, offered suggestions and was extremely attentive! The food was expensive, but was worth every dollar. The views were spectacular as we slowly circled the ocean/beach and bay! Will definitely make this a common occurrence when visiting St Pete.

   Every appetizer we had was simply delicious. The bacon wrapped scallops were perfect. The wedge salad was great too and perfect for sharing. The house salad was just ok. I wouldn’t get that again. The tuna tartare was fantastic and prepared perfectly. For dinner the grilled octopus is a pass. Pretty rubbery. The lamb shank was flavorful but was really fatty. The Gruyère risotto was quite tasty. The vegetable patisserie was fantastic! Desserts were good the chocolate cake was really tasty as was the key lime pie.

   Excellent. Spectacular view. A lot of fun. Maybe some live mellow music on Level 11 would be nice.

   Overall, great experience along with great views. It takes about 1 hour to rotate the full circle, so the views are almost all great. The food was good but you pay for the view. There is a great lower level that is outside with 2 bars and that was very enjoyable prior to dinner. I would recommend and will return next time staying at the beach.

   The ambience, views and service were excellent. The food was good but overpriced as I expect you’re paying for the location. Dining chairs are in need of replacement but the experience overall was pleasant.

   We’ve eaten at Spinner’s about 6 times now. They have horrible management. Can never get through to someone if you call, and you cannot change your reservation online (OpenTable). Wait time for drinks at Level 11 is always horrible around sunset as they are always severely understaffed (waited in line for 20mins shortly after sunset for drinks). For dinner, we made reservations for 8:45pm and finally got seated at 9:15pm. This is recurring issue, and they always say it’s because people are lingering. Once seated though, everything is good. Wait staff (especially Isaiah) always does a great job. Food is great. Scallops are good. Filter is great and we really like the sweet Demi glace). Wine selection is poor, with only about 10 red wines that are pretty much all California to choose from). Views are great, especially just before sunset. Restaurant is outdated though, and chairs could use some reupholstering.

   We was very disappointed in quality of food in this restaurant, we did order only two dishes - salad, and the fish ,salad was very very vinegary, like a only vinegar You can taste in your mouth, and the fish was extremely over, salted ,almost bitter ,like you are eating salt you don’t feel the fish 😞

    Excellent food and great service, huge downfall was that it took 2 hours from arriving for our mains to arrive, if we had poor company we would of definitely left and gone else where, not much communication as to why such a delay so a bit disappointed
